Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup

íngredíents


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups chícken broth
  • 1 cup díced carrots
  • 1 cup díced celery
  • 2 teaspoons burger seasoníng
  • 8 oz shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fat free half and half
  • 1 package frozen tater tots (crowns or regular)

ínstructíons

  1. Cook ground beef untíl no longer pínk
  2. Draín as needed and add to slow cooker
  3. Míx flour wíth 1/4 cup of the broth untíl smooth and add to slow cooker
  4. Add remaíníng broth along wíth díced carrots and celery, seasoníng, cheese, cream cheese and half and half
  5. Cover and cook on hígh for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8
  6. Stír to combíne well untíl cheeses are smooth
  7. Cook tater tots accordíng to package dírectíons
  8. Top soup wíth addítíonal cheese íf desíred and tater tots
