MUSHROOM AND SWISS ROAST BEEF SANDWICH

íNGREDíENTS

  • 4 ounces whíte mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons butter, dívíded use
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 bríoche buns
  • 1 pound thín slíced roast beef
  • 4 slíces Swíss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Whíte Barbecue Sauce


íNSTRUCTíONS

  1. Slíce mushrooms thín. Place ín a skíllet wíth 2 tablespoons butter. Season wíth salt and pepper. Cook over medíum heat untíl mushrooms start to brown. Set asíde.
  2. Butter buns and toast líghtly under the broíler.
  3. Top toasted buns wíth roast beef, mushrooms and a slíce of Swíss cheese.
  4. Return to broíler untíl cheese ís melted.
  5. Drízzle wíth whíte barbecue sauce and add top buns.
  6. Serve ímmedíately.
