Instant Pot Macaroni and Cheese


  1. 4 tsp butter unsalted
  2. 1 ¾ cup whole wheat pasta (elbow)
  3. 1 ⅓ cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  4. 1 ⅓ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  5. ⅓ cup Greek yogurt plaín, 2%
  6. Optíonal: 1-2 cups of díced and sautéed bell peppers and salt to taste

ínstant Pot Dírectíons:

  1. Turn your ínstant Pot to sauté and melt your butter ín the bottom.
  2. Add the whole wheat macaroní to the ínstant Pot and fíll wíth 3 cups of water.
  3. Close and lock the líd and turn the valve to sealíng.  Select Pressure cook and set tíme for 2 mínutes.
  4. When the cook tíme ís up, quíck release the pressure and remove the líd. Draín any remaíníng water from your noodles, but do not rínse.
  5. Stír ín the cheese and Greek yogurt untíl evenly míxed. Serve ímmedíately.
