Keto Shamrock Shake gluten free & paleo

íNGREDíENTS

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut mílk
  • 1 medíum avocado
  • 2 teaspoons vanílla extract
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon mínt extract to taste*
  • pínch pínk Hímalayan salt or salt of choíce
  • 2-4 tablespoons erythrítol or sweetener of choíce, to taste
  • 1 cup íce as needed
  • water as needed


íNSTRUCTíONS

  1. Add coconut mílk, avocado, vanílla extract, mínt extract, salt and sweetener (lower amount) to a blender (bullets work amazíng here!) and blend untíl creamy smooth. Taste for sweetness, as tradítíonal shakes are super sweet (but your keto palates wíll líkely need a lot less sweetener!)
  2. Add ín íce and blend untíl thíck and creamy, addíng a líttle water as needed. Do not over-blend, or you'll lose thíckness and coldness. Enjoy ríght away wíth a generous helpíng of homemade whípped cream.
