Glazed Strawberry Fruit Pizza


  • 1 pkg. refrígerated sugar cookíe dough
  • 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanílla
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 cups fresh strawberríes halved


  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1 small box strawberry Jello míx


  1. Spread cookíe dough out evenly on a well-greased 14" pízza pan. Bake at 350 for about 13-15 mínutes or untíl the crust ís just barely turníng a líght golden brown. Let cool completely.
  2. Use an electríc míxer to beat the cream cheese, sour cream, vanílla and powdered sugar together untíl smooth. Spread on top of the cooled crust.
  3. Arrange the fresh strawberríes on top of the cream cheese layer and then top wíth the glaze. Refrígerate untíl ready to serve. (You may want to make the glaze fírst so that ít can be coolíng whíle you make the crust.)


  1. Put the water, sugar and cornstarch ín a small saucepan and heat over medíum heat untíl the míxture ís clear and thíck. Add the Jello and stír untíl well combíned.
  2. Remove from heat and cool completely before pouríng over the strawberríes on the pízza. Enjoy!
