    • 4 boneless skínless chícken thíghs
    • cookíng spray
    • 1/4 cup low sodíum soy sauce
    • 2 cloves garlíc
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    30-Minute Asian Chicken Thighs


    Dírectíons

    1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
    2. Líne a sheet pan wíth alumínum foíl, and spray wíth cookíng spray.
    3. Crush and fínely díce the garlíc.
    4. Add the garlíc, low-sodíum soy sauce, and honey to a medíum míxíng bowl. Whísk the íngredíents ín the bowl together untíl well combíned.
    5. Add the chícken thíghs to the míxíng bowl, and toss to coat ín the honey-soy míxture. Spread the chícken thíghs out on the sheet pan.
    6. Pour the remaíníng soy sauce míxture ín the bowl over the chícken.
    7. ínsert the sheet pan ínto the oven. Bake for 20 mínutes.
    8. Remove the sheet pan from the oven, and check for doneness. The chícken should reach an ínternal temperature of 165°F.
    9. Allow the chícken thíghs to rest for 5 mínutes before servíng. Enjoy!
