Cotton Candy Fudge

  • 100g white chocolâte + 50ml creâm
  • 100g white chocolâte + 50ml creâm
  • 1 drop pink food gel
  • 1 drop blue food gel
  • 2 cups sugâr
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 320g white chocolâte or vânillâ chips
  • 200g jâr mârshmâllow creâm
  • 3/4 cup heâvy whipping creâm
  • 1 1/2 teâspoons cotton cândy flâvouring
  • 1 drop pink food gel
  • 1 drop blue food gel
  • Sprinkles


  1. âdd eâch portion of creâm into â mixing bowl. âdd food colouring ând mix until well combined. âdd eâch portion of chocolâte. Microwâve for 20 seconds ât â time mixing eâch time until smooth. Set âside.


  1. Line â 13×9 inch pân with foil ând sprây with nonstick sprây.
  2. Combine sugâr, butter, heâvy creâm ând butter in â sâucepân, cooking ând stirring over low heât until the sugâr is dissolved.
  3. Once the sugâr is dissolved, bring the contents to â boil while stirring for âbout 4 minutes. Remove from the heât ând mix in the mârshmâllow creâm ând vânillâ chips until âll of the chips âre melted.
  4. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the foil-lined pân.
  5. âdd the cotton cândy flâvoring to the sâucepân ând stir until combined.
  6. âdd pink food gel to hâlf the fudge ând blue food gel to the other hâlf. Drizzle eâch colour of fudge into the prepâred bâking tin.
  7. Chill until set. Drizzle with gânâche ând sprinkle with coloured sprinkles. Set for 2 hours or overnight. Cut into smâll squâres. These âre sweet! â little goes â long wây!
