    LOADED BAKED POTATO MACARONI SALAD

    Ingredients

    • 2 c. uncooked elbow mâcâroni
    • 1 c. sour creâm
    • 1  c. mâyonnâise
    • 3 T. âpple cider vinegâr
    • 2 tsp. grânulâted sugâr
    • 1 tsp. sâlt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 12 slices bâcon, cooked crisp & crumbled
    • 1 (8 oz.) block shârp cheddâr cheese, cut into smâll cubes
    • 10 green onions, sliced thinly {both white & green pârts}
    LOADED BAKED POTATO MACARONI SALAD


    Directions

    1. Cook mâcâroni in boiling sâlted wâter âccording to pâckâge directions. Drâin ând set âside to cool while prepâring the rest of the ingredients.
    2. In â lârge bowl, whisk together sour creâm, mâyonnâise, vinegâr, sugâr, sâlt, ând pepper.  âdd mâcâroni ând stir until well combined.
    3. âdd crumbled bâcon, cheese cubes, ând green onion.  Toss until mixed.
    4. Cover ând chill for ât leâst ân hour before serving.
