    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
    • ¼ cup grapefruit
    • ¼ cup orange
    • ¼ cup pineapple
    • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
    • ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 2 cup baby spinach
    • ¼ head celery
    • 1 cup chopped mint
    • 3 carrots
    • 2 apples
