- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup grapefruit
- ¼ cup orange
- ¼ cup pineapple
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cup baby spinach
- ¼ head celery
- 1 cup chopped mint
- 3 carrots
- 2 apples
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until very smooth. Serve over ice.
