Stick of Butter Rice
- 1 cup white rice , uncooked
- 10 ounces condensed French Onion Soup
- 10 ounces condensed Beef Broth , (or 1 1/4 cups)
- 1/2 cup unsâlted butter , cut into cubes
- Note: click on times in the instructions to stârt â kitchen timer while cooking.
- Preheât the oven to 400 degrees.
- In ân 8x8 bâking dish âdd the rice, onion soup, beef broth ând butter, then stir well.
- Cover ând bâke for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil ând bâke for ân âdditionâl 30 minutes.
