Slow Cooker Sweet Buttery Corn on the Cob!

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 LARGE EARS OF YELLOW CORN
  • 1 (14 OZ.) CAN COCONUT MILK
  • 2 TBSP. PURE HONEY
  • 1 TBSP. SALT
  • 1 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 STICK SALTED BUTTER, SLICED
  • 1/2 TBSP CAJUN SEASONING (OPTIONAL, BUT AWESOME IF YOU WANT A BIT OF A KICK)
Slow Cooker Sweet Buttery Corn on the Cob!


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. SHUCK CORN, BREAK EACH EAR IN HALF, AND PLACE INTO A SLOW COOKER.
  2. ADD IN COCONUT MILK, HONEY, AND SLICED BUTTER & SEASONINGS.
  3. COVER AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 2-3 HOURS
