PARMESAN RANCH CORN
- 3 cups frozen corn (you could also use fresh corn and cut it off the cob, but this was just easier for me).
- 2 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the corn according to package.
- Pour the cooked corn into a bowl, and add the butter, stirring it in until fully melted.
