    Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie

    Have you ever put oatmeal in your smoothies? I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but once I tried it, it was love at first sip. It’s a great way to get some bulk in your smoothie when you don’t have protein powder on hand.

    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup frozen blueberries (you can also use fresh)
    • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 tablespoon Agave, honey or maple syrup (add more or less to sweeten to taste)
